Dan is an associate with our firm who maintains a diverse practice representing individuals, small businesses, and political subdivisions in a wide-range of legal matters and litigation. Dan has tried numerous cases to verdict in courts throughout Ohio and has successfully advocated in several Ohio Courts of Appeals. Dan also frequently represents the accused in criminal and traffic cases and represents individuals in various business and estate planning matters.

Dan is a Canton native who earned a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University, and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, along with a Certificate in Litigation from The University of Akron School of Law. During law school, Dan served on the Akron Law Review Editorial Board and competed on the National Appellate Advocacy Competition Moot Court team, in addition to serving as a Judicial Clerk in the Stark County Court of Common Pleas.

Dan stays active in the community and Stark County Bar Association, where he is currently co-chair of the Young Lawyers Committee. Dan is also a member of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys (OACTA), and Ohio State Bar Association.
