Eric J. Stecz focuses his practice in all aspects of civil litigation in State and Federal Court. He represents and assists individuals, corporations of varying sizes, and non-profit charitable organizations through the litigation process from pre-suit strategy through jury trial. In addition to litigation, Eric also represents clients in business formation, real estate transactions, and business disputes. As a former prosecutor, Eric devotes a portion of his time to criminal defense.

Professional/Civic Activities

Eric was born and raised in the Akron area and he now lives in Green, Ohio with his wife and four children. He is active in his church and his childrens' school. Eric also coaches his daughter's soccer team and still plays himself.

Eric was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1996 after graduating from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from John Carroll University in 1993. Eric is a member of the Ohio State and Stark County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
